10/365: Seven cheat days a week.

This is the recent me. My diet consists of seven cheat days a week. Yeap, you see it right. I can't resist those junk food, oily food, spicy food, and fast food. Basically, I don't know how to say NO to any of them. I crave for every food that appears in front of me. I'm feeling overwhelmed today with guilt, and I also feel sad. I can't take this anymore, I just hate this feeliing.

Well, anyone want to diet with me? Or stay fit with me?
I think that I need someone to accompany me to achieve this slim-down-journey.
