Suki-Ya (Eat all you can sukiyaki & shabu shabu), Paradigm Mall Kelana Jaya

December 24, 2013

Hey peeps! Christmas Eve will be a busy day for me, well, I admit that I love this type of busy! =P
I'm a steamboat lover, and it becomes better when it is a steamboat buffet. "Eat all I can" is my all-time-favorite, but I think that not every eat-all-you-can-restaurants have fresh and high-quality food. ╮(╯_╰)╭ This is the one of my favorite Steamboat-Buffet-Restaurant in the town, Suki-Ya. ♥

This "House of Hot Pot" is designed to offer heart-warming dining experiences at equally prices. Diners enjoy unlimited, top-quality Australian chilled beef and lamb in paper-thin slices and farmed chicken that are delicious in their own right. Another hightlight of Suki-Ya is its vegetable bar featuring a wide variety of fresh vegetables to round up the meat with a healthy touch. Along with sumptuous soups and broths, dining at Suki-Ya is bound to perk up everyone's taste buds!

X'mas decoration. ♥

How to enjoy your sukiyaki?
Let's see the below picture now. *wink*

Here it is. ♥

Four (4) steps to enjoy delicious sukiyaki:
1. Fill 1/2 the pot with sukiyaki stock & bring it to a boil.
2. Add leak & onion or other vegetables for best flavor.
3. Dip sliced meat into sukiyaki stock. Once ready, dip meat into beaten raw egg and begin to enjoy.
4. Lastly, add udon or rice to remaining stock and enjoy the rich flavor of the stock.

Actually, I didn't follow all the steps that given on the paper. I just simply boil it, dip it and enjoy it. There are four tasty soup bases to be chosen, and I always choose the Sweet Sukiyaki (cooked in a sweetened soy-sauce broth) & Spicy Kimuchi (cooked  with authentic Kimchi base, spicy miso and various vegetable base). Okay, let's the below pictures tell you the story. =P

All time favorite! ♥

The Healthy Bar.

All the vegetables.

Free flow of sushi. ♥

This is a must.

Random 1.

Random 2.

Must-have: Order your Chicken, Beef or Lamb as many as you want! =P

Beef mushroom.
I have no idea about this, but the waiter said, "Wanna try this beef mushroom?"
Sure, why not? It's FREE also. =P

Yes, this is how it looks like after cook, like a meatball.
Oh My! This is delicious!

After you filled tons of food in your stomach, it's dessert time! ~\(≧▽≦)/~
Free flow of soft ice-cream is waiting for us. You can make your own ice-cream by using the soft ice-cream machine and enjoy them in bowl or in cone. There are chocolate, vanilla, or green tea flavor to be chosen. (Sometime it will mix chocolate and vanilla.) I like the green tea flavor the most but they didn't prepare the green tea flavor on that day! *sad* However, I'm super satisfy after my each favorite dessert time. =P

Add topping to your ice-cream before you enjoy it.

Chocolate-Vanilla Mixed with the peanuts, corn flakes & choco rice. ♥

Eat in cone! ♥

Verdict: 8.5 out of 10.
Price is reasonable with the high-quality food. Not only this, but free flow of freshly sliced meat is very tempting and attractive. Among the four different soup bases, sukiyaki and kimuchi are my all-time-favorite. I'm a fan of sukiyaki now and I'm in love with their paper thin sliced beef. The quality of sushi is quite good and the portion of sushi is slightly bigger than other restaurants. They have special-dipping-sauce for us too. Actually, they also have an a-la-carte menu with choices ranging from tofu to the ever popular salmon sashimi. 150g of Wagyu Sirloin Marbling 7+ ONLY at RM 49.90 if you have extra penny and wanna try this so much. =P I will definitely pay another visit again as Suki-Ya is definitely a dining choice for everyone.
